As a former Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, and Attorney General, Mr. Haney rose to prominence as one of Michigan's premier trial attorneys winning 78 consecutive felony jury trials. During Mr. Haney's prosecutorial career, he was a felony drug prosecutor and led a Special Prosecutorial Unit for the Michigan Attorney General's Office, wherein 2005 he charged one of the largest organized crime cases in Michigan history, resulting in numerous criminal convictions.
